I went to Middelburg Builders to but exterior paint. I phoned my spouse to come inside builders and just advise on a colour. As we stay 50km frim middelburg we had our small puppy with us. The security guard allowed him into the door just to tell me he cant enter with the puppy. As we walked out I saw the paint standing at the front door not even 2m inside the shop. I asked the security can we just quickly look at the colour he said know..... We said just a quick look then he will go outside witj the puppy and I will pay. He said no..... He actually left the door to go and stand infront of the paint for us not to see the colour. Well done Builders you doing so good that you can treat customers this way.
Had to collect my new card....came to the store at 12:50 its now 13:25 and im still sitting and waiting. How ridiculous to wait this long!!! But if they want your business they can give you service.
Called BMW East View the week of the 6th Aug to book my car in for a service on the 13th Aug. I drove my car +-100KM`s to BMW Witbank. On arrival the car was never booked in. They then took the car in for a service. I gave them a list of stuff to check...small water and oil leak, breaks and the oil service. They called me with a quote of R12 000 for the service without the water and oil leak. The braked alone was R5000.00 where we replied and said only give us a price on the oil service and the water/oil leak. The lady called and said with the service and water pipe it will cost us +- R1500, and we gave the go ahead. They caled us the afternoon to inform us that we can collect the car. On collection and payment they gave us the waterpipe to fit. We asked why is it not fitted as we gave the go ahead and they said no it will cost extra and that the lady we were dealing with misunderstood. They had to keep the car overnight to fit the waterpipe. The next day after numerous calls to them they could not tell us when the car would be ready. They then called and said we should come and look at the car...we said we cant drive 100km`s just to look they need to tell us what is wrong. The service lady where not sure what is going on. I requested the "technician" to call me. He informed me that the whole car engines is stuffed and that the water and oil is mixing. When he was asked where he said everywhere and were not able to specify where the problem was. When I asked why did they not pick up that the engine is stuffed the day of the oil service he could not answer me. He replied they picked it up with the preasure test on the water system, and I should not blame them. They then told me they refuse to work on the car. We went to collect the car the next day, and had it towed to someone else, as the engine light came on next to the road....and the car didnt want to start. My WHOLE water system and water pump had to be replaced....as all the pipes and waterpump were damaged. From a small leak to all the pipes being damaged. After the pipes where fixed the car is 100%.....there where no traces found in the old water pipes that water and oil is mixing, and oil where checked....no water in the oil.
SITTING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK WITH A COKE FRIDGE THAT IS NOT WORKING. CHASED THE REP TWICE TO GET IT FIXED BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING. NEW FEEDBACK IS TECH WAS IN THE SHOP ON FRIDAY TO FIX FRIDGE BUT WE HAVE NOT SEEN A TECH TOUCHING THE FRIDGE AND THE FRIDGE IS STILL NOT WORKING. WE HAVE TO STORE OUR COKE PRODUCTS IN OTHER SUPPLIERS FRIDGES! If we had to store other supplier products in coke fridges they will get a little fit!
MY PARENTS WENT TO SHOPRITE TO BOOK TICKETS FOR 9/12 FROM HEIDELBERG TO MARGATE. THEY WHERE TOLD THE BUSES ARE FULL. WHEN I WENT ON INTERCITY WEBSITE I SAW THE BUSES WERE NOT FULL. I THEN CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND THEY CONF THAT THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH SPACE, I THEN ASKED FOR THE TICKETS TO BE CHANGED WHERE THE ARROGANT CALL CENTER LADY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY 20%...I SAID NO BECAUSE ITS NOT OUR FAULT AND SHE SAID WELL ITS NOT THEIRS EITHER, AND SHE WILL NOT LOOSE HER JOB FOR ME. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE SAID THERE ARE NONE, I ASKED FOR THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY SHE SAID HE IS IN CHINA. SHE KEPT ON INTERRUPTING ME WHEN I SPOKE TO HER, WHERE I JUST DROPPED THE PHONE. LAST TIME EVER I WILL USE YOUR SERVICE!!!!!
I saw openweb advertising on facebook this morning about their promotion. I tried going onto the website to have a look at their promotions but the website did not work properly. I called them and a lady took my details and said she wil email me more info and somone will call me back to explain their promotion and how ot works etc. At 9:15 I received a email from Dane Samuel with links I need to open to view their promotion packages. I email back and said that the links do not open, web page is blank...and I did not get a reply. I called again later spoke to the same lady I spoke to earlier. told her Im still waiting for someone to call me back so she took my number again and said she will get a Manager ir Dane to call me back. At 15:30 still no call so I called again and again no answer....eventually someone at sales answered and I told her Im waiting for someone to call me since this morning. She sounded confused and asked me what I want to know...I told her Im inquiring about their promotion on Facebook and bla bla bla...and she asked me what exactly do I want to know. I mean realllyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How many time do you have to wait for someone to call you back,,,,,,and every time you phone you have to explain from the start. Maybe they dont need business or I dont know but this service is pathetic!
