Absolutely appalling service or rather lack of. Birthstone Deals is a hoax, I placed my order for a wooden watch in January, 3 months later I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have made numerous queries to no avail. Emails bounce back. They were very quick to debit my account (in dollars nogal). Truly disappointing
We would like to commend Ms Penny Bush on the great service that she has delivered and continues to deliver to us during our recent attempts to source the Ford Ecosport from various Ford dealerships throughout KZN. Ms Bush was the first person to respond to our online query that was sent to 8 dealerships. The other 3 dealerships that responded did not compare to the impecable service we received from Ms Bush. To these other dealerships we were just another \sales statistic""; she went out of her way making numerous calls to various dealerships to source a vehicle for us and even though we left without having received any positive feedback; she continued in her attempts to source a vehicle for us. In terms of service; South Africa is marked as one of the worst in the world; Ms Bush gives one hope that there are still some people out there who value their clients and insists on delivering efficient; friendly and professional service. <br> Whether the communication was telephonic; via email; via Whatsapp or in person;Ms Bush always displayed a high level of commitment. I received a phone call to inform me that my account was in arrears. I contacted ABSA credit card division and queried this. From your records you will see that the monthly card? fee was being deducted from my default bank account (Standard Bank current account). The ABSA credit card was cleared many years ago and has never been used since then. To my surprise the debit order was somehow cancelled (unbeknown to me). This has unfortunately (and of no fault of mine) negatively affected my credit rating. After investigations from your side, it was concluded that I was not at fault. The recon was completed on 12 January 2015 and I was not liable ?to pay anything. I was informed that the account was closed on 19 January 2015 and that a request was sent to ITC for update on 20 January 2015. I phoned ITC and was informed that my credit card record is still reflecting on ITC. I am in the process of applying for a bond, unfortunately a time frame has been placed on me to acquire the bond. I would appreciate it if you could please send me something in writing via email stating that the account is closed and that I was not liable to pay anything. In addition please indicate th
