If I could not rate them at all I would. Went to renew my script for Glaucoma this afternoon. Was told by the lady behind the counter that they had run out of cosopt - no problem do you have the generic. She dissapears for a couple of minutes comes back and says no generic. I said please check again as its extremely important that I have this chronic medication. She shrugs and says cant help, its supplier problem. Another assistant comes and stands next to her and regurgitates ,its a supplier problem so we cannot help you. Arrogance at its best. I ask if there may be another dischem with the meds, more arrogance and a definite will not to help me - its a supplier problem. I realise its a people problem, they simply will not help out in any way. I walk over to the other counter and tell a different pharmacist my problem. He goes away and returns to tell me that they have two units of a generic eye drop which he will supply me with one. I cannot believe this and can only put it down to poor pathetic service on the womans part. Disappointing and disgusting from a retail store of this magnitude that has already been in the media with its fair share of faults and obviously hasn't done anything to rectify the problem.
Ordered two collars from them online on the 11.11.2021 - now 8.02.2022 - they keep saying they have a backlog of orders, then they have the collars but its new stock and I would have to pay extra to get my order. Then they say they will refund my order but I am still waiting for the refund after numerous mails to them. Terrible service with absolute no regard for the customer - Be WARNED do not purchase from this company Pet-Tech online - you will be sorry !
Have not received my parcel ordered in February 2021. It is now August. Contacted them many times they have many excuses. This is a scam, be warned! Poor service.
