Defective vw cars and poor customer treatment
I am very disappointed by the service i get from 2019 as i bought a new car from one of their dealer in september 2019 since then the car started making funny noises from lelf front wheel and it has no power and i was told to take the car to their dealerships workshop for repairs but the car comes back with the problems and even worse and i tried talking to them several times but they have shown that they dont care about me and my life all they care about is my money and they say they listen to what the dealer is telling them ,the same dealers who are failing to solve a problem and the same car nearly killed me as it lost control on the 10th of August 2021 and all they can do is to tow it to the worshop again to stay there as they are not doing anything to it since the cant see any thing but i am paying for this car every month since 2019 and i am using taxis to travel with the family and i wish people can stay away from this brand since it doesnt care about the people's lives. Selling s**** cars but call them brand new
I bought a vehicle polo vivo maxx 1.6 in september 2019 and the car has been giving me problems since then and no one cares from the garage and all they tell me is to speak to vw SA and vw SA says i must talk to the dealer which is barons durban and i even tried to get into more debt by getting another car since i am struggling with this one but as soon as they see it was me i was blocked no one want to talk to me .....the way this people do business is very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. Thank you

Defective new vw car
I bought a car at vw Barons in Durban in 2019 September polo vivo maxx 1.6 ever since then the car is giving me problems and i have been suffering with this so called brand new car and no one is interested in assisting me from vw side all they care about is that i must add another credit on my name by taking another car and pay more money on top of this one,and this car spend most of the time in their workshops and come back with the same problem and even more problems and this is really affecting me even physically and emotionally as the car nearly killed me on the 10th of August 2021 as it lost controll and still no one cares. Thank you
