William Maroge from the IT department at Stadio was really helpful in helping me set up my Stadio student email. I had been trying to set this up since beginning of my studies in 2025. William was kind, helpful and patient with me. THANK YOU for the par excellent SERVICE William.

I recently ordered Carrol Boyes mugs set containing 4 mugs inside. The order was for 2 sets meaning 8 mugs. Only 4 were delivered. On the same day of the delivery, I notified them via email that only one set was delivered and not 2. Since then I have been calling takealot daily and speaking to various consultants, I've emailed them the bar codes on the 📦. Daily I call them to follow up, no feedback whatsoever. None of them acknowledge the emails I sent. I was told a supervisor will call me on Friday 8.13.2023. Still waiting. On 9.12.2023 I asked the collection centre in Canal Walk to assist, still no feedback up until now. Communication with takealot has been one way and I'm not even sure if they are attending to my query.

In March 2021 I brought a perfume on special with my account at Fos hindi V&A Waterfront. The special wouldn't go through as they were changing their systems. Transaction was cancelled all together and started a brand new transaction .To my surprise the cancelled transaction appeared on my statement as if I brought the perfume with same bar codes twice . I went to the store 3 times to query this, spoke to the manager, details were taken and I was told the matter will be escalated to their account department. I have been calling the store weekly trying to resolve the matter to no avail, 5 months later I still have R1800+ of a perfume I did not buy appearing on my account statement . When I call I am always told I'll be called back with feedback, to date am still waiting for a call with feedback regarding my account. Very disappointed with this service especially from V&A
