I have a contract with MTN where they deduct on the 15th of the month. I have changed my bank details and contacted them, they sent a Debicheck which was successfully approved, however, the first month after that MTN did not deduct their money, I sent emails and called them to deduct. The last call was made to them following emails threatening to report them to the ombudsman, they've managed to fix the issue. My credit score had gone down by 8 points because of MTN! I'm so livid! MTN is run like a tuckshop with *********** imbeciles that only know to apologize for inconveniences and FAIL to help!! I wish people can refrain from taking contracts with MTN! It's ****ty!
