I have seen the sheer amount of bad reviews for this bank and I couldn't stay quiet. We were ****med last year December out of a large amount of money, when I went to Capitec, this was calling, physically going to their offices there was nothing they could do to help me, banks are insured for this type of thing but not Capitec no, and I knew as well that this was an inside **** as all the accounts that ****med me were Capitec accounts. To this day we still never got our money back. All I can say is change banks because at least with a reputable bank they at least try help and 9 out of 10 times ypu can get your money back because they care unlike Capitec that cant even be bothered to take the time to listen and help. Oh and before I forget this message I am typing now the response from Capitec is an automated one do when they say they have someone assigned to ypur query its a load of nonsense trust me.
Waste of time and money, the person who took our order sat there and clicked a pen and was tossing It up and down as if the person in front of him being the customer was nothing. The sushi was a disgrace to the fine art. Nothing on the patter we ordered was worth the name Sushi, you should be ashamed of yourselves we had salmon Rose's that literally had no rice or even what a shaved piece of Avo inside. Everything we had dicentengrated when place in the soya sauce. Get your act into gear will never order from you again. Disgusting and dissatisfied.
We used to order our pizza and pasta from randpark ridge, we got such terrible service and food. We then moved over to Town Square and at first it was great, however the multiple orders we have place have been shocking. Cold food, pizza order incorrect, watery pastas, children's mac and cheese too spicy. They say 20 to 30 min. Ha, try 45 min to sometimes over an hour, we have even had instances of the Manager coming to our home to rectify the issue, so tonight was the last night we will ever order or eat at any Del Fornos. Shocking should be ashamed of what you call food and good customer service. Pathetic.
We ordered 3 pizzas at 18:56, they were delivered at 20:15, my husband proceeded to pay then took the pizzas to only realise they were stone cold, we caught the guy before he left, handed the Pizzas back phoned Pizza Del Forno Town Square to ask for the driver to come back with the cash. This was after phoning to find out where our order was, response was oh sorry we really busy, what happened to decent customer service to just phone and say we are really busy and your order is delayed, but to still to deliver cold food is unacceptable, all I can say is delivery services are shocking and do yourself a favor and pickup your food.
We ordered sushi from Hoshii from Devon Valley using the Mr Delivery app. When we brought our sushi inside and opened up the containers looked like a bomb went off, it was disgusting the state of what we received. We proceeded to phone Mr Delivery and speak to someone in charge, they have no cooking clue on how to deal with complaints and the person we dealt with was obnoxious and arrogant towards my husband was of no assistance, we sent through a complaint on their wonderful app that only allows you to load one picture, we had three containers of sushi. We then expected to eat what was delivered to us and we got a R50 voucher after spending over R500 on sushi. I have never been so disgusted in all my life, having to deal with this. If I could load pictures I would just to show you the incompetence and complete disrespect of the drivers towards the food you order. I will never in my life use this business ever again. Pathetic and arrogant to the highest level.
My mom was rushed to emergency at 10pm on Sunday night 22 August, as I am typing this I am still sitting in emergency now 01:10 in the morning. Still dont know if she is going to be admitted. The staff are lazy and dont give a **** about the loved ones waiting g on an update, I keep being told to be patient, sitting in the waiting area all you can hear is shouting and laughing in the emergency room. I have never been so disgusted in all my life at the treatment of the patients and us who sit and wait for updates. This unit is shocking to say the least. Pathetic ridiculous service. You should be ashamed of yourselves and how you treat people.
