Absolutely disgusting service! I purchased the Omoda C5 in 2024 that comes with their "warranty plan", the car isn't even a year old yet and the radiator is leaking, I called Omoda to find out if they can tow the car to their dealership and the person on the phone didn't even know what to do and just told me to Google Omoda Customer care. I then had the car towed to Omoda Bryanston, by my insurance company, only to receive a call later that day from the service manager informing me that the warranty on the car doesn't cover this due to a stone damaging the radiator. They quoted me nearly R10k to have it fixed and are not prepared to offer any service at all or fix it at their cost! When buying the car, the sales person NEVER explained what the warranty actually covers as I found out it doesn't even cover brakes! The service manager told me I mist tell him what I want to do as he cannot have the car parked there if I am not prepared to get it fixed at MY cost! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and the cheap piece of **** the car is, is not worth buying at all. Not build well at all, you get what you pay for....****!
The service I received from Aucor Johannesburg was worse than terrible. Put my house on auction in Feb 2024, they confirmed that they do checks on everyone before they can take part in the bidding process. This was NOT done, the individual who won the bid on my house was never checked, never paid a 10% deposit on the bid amount nor did he pay the 10% commission they take upfront. I never heard a thing from Aucor after the bid, I had to email and call the agent from Aucor to find out what is going on! Still as I write this on 9 April 2024, I have had no response as to where the deal is, the so called bidder, has not put down any securing deposit nor sent any paperwork. This company is VERY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend Aucor to anyone. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wish there was a ZERO star rating, cause that's what is deserved!
The self catering chalets were disgusting, dirty, cutlery not washed properly, the cleaning staff definitely don't do a proper clean. There were tiny worms on the beds, squashed bugs on the mattress that the cleaning staff had just left there and covered it with the mattress protector. Had dinner one night at the restaurant and service was non existant, staff are not trained properly at all. Service by the pool is also terrible, takes over an hour to get one drink. You guys need to train your staff. Get more waiters helping around the pool area during peak times. Self catering chalets need to be cleaned properly everyday. I personally will not stay here again or recommend you guys.
I ordered gifts for a birthday on 1 August 2022 for delivery 4 August 2022 and on 5 August 2022 the gifts still weren't delivered and when I call the contact number for Netflorist, no one knows what the hell is going on or where the order is. I canceled the order and asked for a full refund which I'm now waiting for. I will NEVER use you guys again. Terrible service and company!!!!!
Advanced Hair Studio is one big SCAM! Brent Stanfield from Advanced Hair Studio is a big scam artist and talks a big talk, but their hair procedures and products offered are all BULL ****! THIS IS A BIG SCAM! I am going to be taking legal action against them as well as taking this to all media platforms making sure the consumers are aware of these scam artists! If you looking to be scammed out of time and money then look no further than these guys!
