I booked with My Trip with the flexible option and when we could not travel due to Level 4 lock-down, and leisure flights were not permitted from JHB to Cape Town, I sent an email to reschedule my flights 2 weeks prior. Still no response, the contact number one has to call no one answers!! What a pathetic service, Airlink who the flight was scheduled with cannot assist. No one takes responsibility! I want my tickets refunded or rescheduled.
