RS S319806.... I have sent video which represantives asked for so that they can be able to assess my complaint that the springs on my bed are noisy when turning and to not be assisted in 3 weeks that's really bad customer service.I send enquiry to their whatsapp number no response.I am angry as I have a back problem in just less than 2 years what one has to deal with after spending money on a brand you think would be reputable...I REGRET IT.
With regret I bought a car from Vee motors and am left with a bill close to R12000 rand after johan said he had help me to secure the deal which I wish he shouldn't have. Discount of R4000 for a bill of 12000 from them minus maybe warranty plan payout after just 2500km km which makes them obsolved themselves from fault as the car been driven more than the their warranty. My only regret I had not fully tested the car as it had not enough petrol in even though I requested the test drive before final signature .Someone knew what problems it had but still it was sold as it is. Steering rack problem is safety issues
With regret I bought a bed 3months ago from dial a bed edenvale and their product already collapsing. I rotate the mattress but still when I wake up from it my lower back in so much pain. Been awaiting an exchange but they are so slow not caring of my plight. Approved exchanged on by Seally 2 February 2022 and still has not been done to date 15 February 2022 while I continue to suffer.
Auto body works took their time to fix the car in 2009 while i had an accident 6 month earlier then .didnt allow car to be repossessed as it belong to the bank.then fixed it kept the car for storage charges , paid by the insurance for fixing it and then incurred traffic fines on my name. R4200 WORTH... I have to repay for a more than i should have to for they played their part in deldelaying the repair work.
