Please avoid flying with Latam Airlines. Waiting 90 minutes for our bags. No help from anyone. Absolutely poor customer service. Avoid Latam Airlines.
Tried to seek technical support from MWEB. Called 087 700 0777, followed the prompts; and was told that I am number 1 in the queue. Waited on the mobile for 25 minutes. Absolutely no one picked up the call, just music and the same message. Really disappointed, the service is really poor.
Absolutely shocking service. Bought 20 litres of paint that was mixed in store. When contractors were painting, they noticed that the paint was not mixed ****geneously. Woodbury at the top and white at the bottom. Contractor took it back to the store. Pathetic service from store management. Spoke to Ebrahim, who was most defensive and unhelpful. Asked to speak to store manager Romeo Kayser. Unsuccessful as he is too busy to talk to an unhappy customer. Avoid this store.
Really a shocking experience. Paid for my tickets 1 week ago. Not issued as yet. Spent a total of 6 hours over 2 days with Discovery Vitality, Comair and Kulula. No assistance. Each call, wait for 30 minutes. Spoke to Candice, Jaydene (Cape Town office) and Patricia (Cape Town office). Please avoid Discovery Vitality and Comair.
Really poor show. Could not reset my password for the past 2 weeks. Called in on 28 August 2021 to Tracker. Spoke to Ms. Nicole Smith in monitoring. She indicated that the password reset department was busy and she has send an email request to them. Password would be re-activated within a few hours. 24 hours later; no communication from Tracker. How am I supposed to track my vehicles. Appears that I made a mistake to move my vehicles from the other tracking company to Tracker.
Jaen was awesome. Totally patient and informative in the entire process.
