ANIMAL ABUSERS & ******S
Wild On Pets Greenstone has shown some of the worst assistance to new fish Owners such as ourselves. Upon arrival we were interested in many of the fish and decided to buy a tank, we let it run for the appropriate amount of time before returning to purchase fish for our new tank (with perfect water levels). We bought a few snails; crabs; 2 clown fish and a trigger fish. Little did they tell us clearly uneducated new fish owners this triggerfish would be a predator to the crabs and violent towards the other fish - The trigger ended up killing 2 hermit crabs which was terribly upsetting. We returned him and were able to swap him for another fish but while we were there we decided to buy more fish, the two new fish We had bought looked fine until we stopped at a robot to look at them properly - we decided to go past another pet shop to see if everything was okay but to our shock they were infected with white spot (Which in this case was parasitic- this was noticeable by the involuntary twitching of the fish) we dipped them and assumed things would be okay to recently wake up to most of our tank being infected and those fish we bought dead and now it’s spreading. We don’t understand how such a pet store can sell not only a predator, but also sickened fish to us to put in our tank. We’re terribly upset and disappointed with the service we have received and what’s going on in wild on pets store in Greenstone. I had even pointed out 3 very sickly looking Black Clown fish and they brushed this off very quickly as there was another customer present at the time - little did I know that mine were infected too. This is not a cheap “hobby” and these are not “Just fish” To knowingly sell people sick fish and destroy their little ecosystems is disgusting and animal abuse! I will never support this store again

SECURITY BREACH - FRAUD
THEY’VE GIVEN SOMEONE A LOAN IN MY NAME THAT APPARENTLY I AM NOW LIABLE FOR. I’ve reported the fraud since it began. I gave them all the police dockets. They still continue to debit my account - I recently got it blocked, but now it’s just showing that I don’t pay off my debt and has severely effected my credit score to the point where I got turned away yesterday from buying my dream car (Which is well within my price range) I’m absolutely devastated that this company doesn’t even check the authenticity of the documents or at least make sure the payment person that applies for a loan online IS WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. I have called and emailed so many times to try clear this problem up, but it seems no one works there?!? I don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t have any debt besides this And my credit record is destroyed! How can a company do this to people?!

I’m 23 and I’ve been a Private Client with FNB for years. My account has been hacked constantly even though I made them aware of the breach security in April They’ve added debit orders and taken loans out in my name for the past 6 months and destroyed my credit record - Which was a 689 before this all started. I’ve been waiting to get A car and I applied for finance, but because FNB did nothing (Even when I asked them to change my account number multiple times) FNB has not helped me one bit when clearly someone else has access to my account. This is a security threat. I’ve since taken all the money out my account and requested it be closed, but still nothing. They continue to take loans out in my name and destroy my credit record. At this point I don’t know what to do anymore - the anger and frustration has turned to anxiety and stress. Please can someone help. They’re destroying my life.
