My debit order was a few days late. I was sent a payment link and made payment now tell me why you debited? And when contacted I was told that they cannot refund and will be loaded as a credit. Why send payment link if you are not going to acknowledge it and still debit

MTN Contact Centre - USELESS!!!!

Pathetic Service!!!!! I recently upgraded my contract and needed some clarity because it seems I did not receive everything I was supposed to with my package. I tried calling the contact centre 4 times and every damn time they either drop the call or the call cuts. I need service!!!!
