Telkom clear your mess before handing people over for nonsense. NXA
Sir/Madam Hope this email finds you well. I've answered numerous calls from your company and have continously told your agents. My internet with Telkom just stopped working from nowhere on the 14th April 2023. I had to call them and find out what was wrong and because they did not have the decency of calling a paying customer about whatever the fault was. I was then told my contract with them has ended in the middle of the month 😳 and that was that. They kept debating from my account end of April, May and June I think. For what? I no longer have internet from them so what am I being charged for? Your agents have called me numerous times and I have told them the story over and over again. They promise to call Telkom and get back to me but that never happened. Instead you keep bombarding me with irrelevant emails without any facts. Until you have full information and a response from Telkom about my query don't ever call me or mail again because both you and Telkom will be exposed by myself. Thank you

Very very very disappointed customer
I have been in touch with Kolor World looking for containers for my business. I can't get hold of the person who replied to my email, Mr Sam Galal. He replied once to a email and thereafter never again. When you phone the company they tell you to keep sending emails or someone will get back to you. It's 2 weeks now. NOTHING. If anyone can offer a better service please do get hold of me on my email mbalizulu950@gmail.com. I'm looking for plastic containers/bowls, 125ml deep.

Rain is not worth it
Could you kindly advise me what to do. It's 48 hours now and I have paid for a service I can't use because no one from Rain is assisting me. Should I rather cancel my contract with you for A FULL REFUND and expose you guys for your appalling service on all media platforms or is SOMEONE GOING TO HELP ME?????? I sent this to Rain 7 days ago and still no response from them. Theres no contact number where we can be assisted and their service is the worst I have ever come across.
