I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency. I have been contacting Bonitas for over two weeks regarding my refund. I left the scheme more than six months ago and submitted all required documents. Every time I send an email, I only receive a reference number and the same generic response: "Please note that the refund has been prepared & has been referred to our Finance department for vetting and final verification." This does not answer my question. How long does this process take? Why can’t you provide proper feedback and keep members informed? It feels like we are left in the dark. Please improve your communication and give clear timelines. Members deserve better service.
I am really impressed with the service and most of all the quality!! Will use Rapid Studio again.

I wish there where a no stars option!!!! I have sent numerous emails, speaking to your consultants but still I am pestered with calls, sms's and emails that I have in default. I started my contract with Cartrack in 2020, February to be exact. I gave notice beginning of February 2023, for end of February 2023. Then I hear that my contract only started with you guys in May 2021. I sent numerous emails with proof. Who have I then been paying since 2020, if I only started my contract with you in 2021!!! ??????Please sort this out, and stop threatening me with lawyers.
Cartrack keeps on telling me that I only started my contract with them in 2021. Were I have proof that I already started with them in February 2020 when I bought my bakkie. In April 2021 I sold the bakkie and bought a car. They just transferred everything to the new car. I have not missed any installment since 2020. My 36 contract is coming to an end, and after numerous emails, sending them proof, still they say my contract only started with them in 2021. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee??? I am sorry but your service is pathetic. I will not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
I really love your make up. Only problem I have encounter is when I bought a gel brow pen, I could not find a sharpener to sharpen the gel brow pen. Its not a standard size, its bigger than the usual big size. :-(
I would just like to thank Heleen (Eleen) from Truworths Vaal Mall for the GREAT service. She went out of her way and the extra mile to make sure I get the item I wanted from another branch for Christmas in time. Best service! Thanks!!!
I never experienced such incompetent staff as I experienced at Identity Vaal Mall. I bought PJ's at the stores for my daughter, which was the wrong size. Phoned them immediately to check if they have a size small. They told me they will check and phone me back. After a few minutes I received a call, they have it in stock, they took my details and they will keep the item for me to exchange the following day. When arriving at the shop the following day, day remembered me calling, and the sales person who kept the item for me, could not "find" the item, and they did not have another small is stock. I then told them, its okay, I will order online. The Supervisor/Manager at that moment told me, its okay, they will do it on my behalf. They then ordered the small, and I got an sms to pick it up the following week. When arriving there, I checked the item, not only did I realize that its the wrong size, I requested them to order a Size small, which they did again. After taking my slip, I realize the sale item went from R170.00 to R230.00 which I found unacceptable, as I was not at fault ordering the wrong size. They just told me its what it is. They cannot do anything about it. When requesting a refund, I was told to wait for the item to come, for them to refund me. They had to phone someone else to get a refund. Not only that, when they spoke to the online ordering consultant, they were told that the item is out of stock, so how did they order a size small? I used to love shopping at Identity, but I am not sure if I will again very soon.
I really thought this will be a great experience after reading all the good reviews. But I have been waiting for a waybill nr for 3 days now. Received so many excuses. I am on the verge to arrange my own courier to pick up the part that was paid for. Good pre-sales service, but the WORST after sales service EVER!!!
