My journey with Home Connect has been long and Frustrating, Banele helped me login a refund, and when there was a delay Morategi Lechelele contacted me and promised to work on my refund, and two weeks later after 2 months of waiting I received my refund, Morategi Lechelele called me almost daily to give updates and put my mind at ease, she is really amazing and gave me hope when I honestly felt like there wouldn't be any positive outcome.
