Worst experience on a flight in my life! Had a total of 27 Hours in delays and paid more to be on Etihad than Emirates. They do not help customers at all when their flights are delayed. Etihad does this on PURPOSE to have you stuck on the airports in Abu Dhabi. Zayeed Int Airport are known for this. They want you to spend money in and around the airport which you have not budgeted for. The most horrible and disgusting time ever. I will never in my life again fly with Etihad! They give no refunds whatsoever. I got more help from Qatar airways in 5min than in 50 hours with Etihad. Never ever fly back home with Etihad. Your flights leaving your home town are absolutely amazing but as soon as you arrive at Zayeed Int airport and on route back home flight are always delayed and you have to cover own expenses.
I am utterly disgusted with the way my wife was being treated upon arrival with business clients of mine on Saturday evening the 7th September 2024. The lady at the desk confronted my wife without even greeting or asking did we make a booking like any restaurant usually does. Her exact word was “we have a dress code here, its classy and non revealing” My wife was dressed accordingly, infact we came from hard rock cafe where she was treated with respect. She was dressed classy and elegant and in no way did she reveal any part of her body inappropriatly. This was utterly unacceptable and embarrassing infront of my clients. This ruined the whole evening. After my wife was told to get a jacket from somewhere (i mean what the hell) we took our seats at the table we booked and a transgender entered Tang with WAY less clothing surrounded by clients that “revealed” alot more. But this is fine?? I am actually disappointed we still decided to have dinner there and spend my money there. This is ****** and ***ist. I WILL take this matter further.
Worst fitness centre in SA! K90 virgin active is beyond pathetic. No service and maintenance on equipment and way too many clients than they can handle. The last two months my debit orders has just doubled with no warning or email whatsoever. This is unacceptable !! Cleaners in virgin active use the facilities like their own homes and do not even do their tasks they are supposed to do.
Patehetic service to be polite!!! They cannot provide any documents you need. You pay the fee to be a SO CALLED private client but do not get any service or feedback at all. They want to have first world systems run by staff that has 3rd world knowledge. Nobody can assist and you get transferred from one department to another. So glad i am closing everything with FNB forever😀you guys suck!!! Sinking ship !
No service from FNB whatsoever. Private client suite is non existent! Fraud
Pathetic service to say the least! I do not know how they still have clients. My fibre line with vodacom has been 10mb up and download for over a year. Very poor service but then ask to upgrade to 30mb line. For a few months nothing happened but then my debit order went off paying for a 30mb line yet still having a 10mb line. They constantly raise “tickets” to correct the problem but service is just a disgrace. So i am paying for something i don not have and i have cancelled. Fyi still a 10mb line for the last month notice period and paying for 30mb line
