Horrible stylist not equipped to Botox natural hair stay away
Went there for a Botox hair treatment paid premium price but the stylist Arleen was trash she broke my hair because she could not do my type 4c hair she hurt my sculp I will never recommend any of my natural girls to go there or have her do your hair. She user a thin comb from the roots and also didn't even work the treatment through my strands I my roots were puffy after a blow and flat iron. Non of the more qualified staff even came to help. I had to redo my hair at home. What a waste of money never again greatly disappointed. Font trust anyone with your hair natural girls.

No security on upgrades
Apparently my contact das been upgraded with my consent and no contact has been made with me I just saw a deduction on my bank statement. I am paying for something I don't even have. Just shows our information is not safe with this network and they can just take our money and nothing happens.

Request for contract cancelation of contact with no asdisance
I am trying to cancel a contract which has reached its end but they failed to make contact and just continue to deduct my installment even though I am not benefiting from the contract.
