Unresolved medical expenses, Lack of support, restrictive rules
Good day BANKMED!! I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I have received. Despite being a contributing member, I have experienced denial of benefits, claims not being paid. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience, delays in medical treatment, unnecessary stress. I have attempted to resolve this matter through calls, emails, but the issue remains unresolved. For the past two years, I have been forced to pay doctors’ debt out of my own pocket, which should have been covered by my medical aid. This has placed me under severe financial and emotional strain. I cannot continue to carry this burden while still paying monthly contributions to a scheme that has not provided the cover I expected. The ongoing situation is affecting me mentally, and I feel unsupported by the very service I trusted to protect me. it was not for my employer requiring me to remain with this scheme, I would have moved to a provider that truly values its clients. I am now at the point where I will ensure that my experience is made known on all available platforms, as I cannot continue to suffer in silence Regards

Selecting a DR
Called 3 Times today and honestly just the worst medical aid one can have. They add to your stress, First consultant did not even bother with assistance very slow assistance and telling me about a 1 month period , second consultant said she will call me back she has system issues, third consultant tells me I can only see the GP 01 Feb but I am sick now , Like please make it make sense. I have medical aid but I can't make use of it because it takes a whole month for their system to generate I dont know what ?

what use to be a great network is slowly becoming a nightmare . The network is so poor keeps disconnecting while busy watching a movie or even while busy working .
