Mondo says it's MTN - MTN says it's Mondo Celibate but in relationship? I would like to share my experience with MTN and Mondo. In January I signed up for sub contract with Mondo in partnership MTN. The package was for Data Bundles and router and Laptop. The laptop stopped working in June last year- since then I went up and down trying to resolve the issue with MTN, went to 5 stores including major ones i.e Mall of Africa. I could not get assisted. Until around August they collected the laptop for repairs- brought it back in September upon receiving it I discovered there were even problems that never existed before- some keys on the keyboard were not working. Since then I have tried to communicate with MTN and Mondo without help until today- I gave up- I stopped paying MTN then they stopped my service on my sim card line. As I speak I have canceled my last contract few days ago, I'm done with them and their shenanigans.

Rain network 5G has a down time for over 12 hours a day at least twice a week. 4G was much better, it seems the 5G is still on pilot phase, I have canceled it, it's a waste of money.
I'm not happy with Triple S, this company once worked on my car for panel beating, they did not replace some parts on my car, they are still missing, 6 months later ther car air bag light came on and they flrefused to help me though it was still under their warranty. Very bad service and the reason I had to leave budget insurance because they took my car to this panel beating charlatans.
I have received an outstanding customer care service from Zaheera from Mondo relating to my MTN contract. All questions clearly answered which why I think she deserved 5 stars. Thank you Zaheera.
