Good Day Company Review: Mind the Speed I have been paying for 100/100 mbps for internet speed. We have been betting for the past couple of weeks to watch DSTV and youtube. I've done a speed test and it 20/10 mbps. Shocking, but they debit the full amount every month. Is it my duty and responsibility to run a speed test every hour to ensure I'm getting what I'm paying for? This is sickening..... and don't even mention trust.... CLAIM PAYOUT
On 05/12/2023 I've sent through an invoice to both Iwyze and Quest Claims. The claim was approved I February 2024. I've followed up with numerous calls and emails. Myron at Quest was really helpful and assured me that the claim was approved and the final stage is only the payout. To date I have not received a single cent or any communication about the payout. Can someone urgently attend to my case please?

INSTRUCTION FOR REFUND NOT ACTIONED!!!!
On 12/03/2024 I've sent an email to Old Mutual to remove certain benefits from my policy, on the 15/03/24 I've received a reply. My premiumd should've been refunded with R2556, however I've only received R121. Ive queried this withJeanette Nkhoma from your broker services on 04/04/24. She responds to say it takes up to 10 days for refund. On 13/04/24 she sends me an email with proof of payment for R121!!!! Is this a joke? Can you please just reimburse the difference before I surrender the policy??? Your greedy financial planner that sold this policy to me sold at a level premium. 2 years later, he convinced me to do an upgrade. The premium is not linked to CPI but to age rated. The premium is exceeding R4000! The broker should be ashamed!!!!

In the 08/09/21 I received a SMS from Experian stating that J. Govender did a credit check on my behalf without my consent for an upgrade. This was done without my permission. I logged a case with the call centre enquiring about it, they claim they cannot trace the employee who did it. My questions went answered and I'm back at sqaure one.
