Can they please stop contacting me, and the lady that called me today from number 021 077 1196 was very and shouting at me when I asked her to remove my details from their data base, I'm not interested in their services. I do not want you service PLEASE STOP calling me!!!
I meet one of the consultant at the mall they explain the policy, I gave them details and banking details and and did couple of voice recording that I understand the terms and condition that I’m entering into an agreement. I then receive a call from them to confirm everything but I then rejected the funeral cover realising that it’s has the same benefits with my current. They debit my amount and they don’t want to repay the amount

very disappointing customer service they put you on hold for long so that the line drops without resolving your query, I’ve sent them proof confirming that I have consolidated my account with them, There’s no replay on emails and their customer service very ****ty someone spoke like they were sleeping while talking to me and they did not resolve my problem
