Apache Peak Spur Ermelo, Simply the best Restaurant for a romantic outing
I would like to commend the Apache Peak Spur in Ermelo. They are really professional and always ensure that they provide the right order at the right time as promised. They are welcoming and friendly and have taken Spur to the next level. This is a place to chill for a romantic moment.

Going the extra mile to welcome guests
I would like to commend Protea Hotel Marriot, Johannesburg Wanderers, I have specific staff members to applaud, First Nqobile at Reception, the courtesy calls made me feel important. After check in, I received a call which was checking whether everything is in order in my room, this was really great. And Ayanda Ngakane for the best gesture, I requested an ironing board and Iron, instead I was offered the opportunity for my clothes to be ironed. For me, that was outstanding. Thanks once again for the best welcome and Keep up the great work

Start putting the iron and iron boards in all the rooms because this inconvenience us
Premier Hotel OR Tambo was always providing me with good service, I don't know what happened this weekend of 25 - 27 Nov 2021. I requested an iron and the ironing board on my first day on 26 Nov 2021 and I didn't get it. What makes matters worse was that I called after 45 minutes and the receptionist said that she doesn't know what to do because the iron is not there. And then I thought it was going to be better the following day, the same thing happened. Premier Hotel OR Tambo is a very big hotel and is famous, they should make sure that they have irons within their rooms. This is really not good. I was booked at room 428 and if you keep records of the iron request, you should have my requests.

Very Welcoming
I would like to really commend the Khayalami Boutique Lodge for their welcoming attitude and making one feel at home. I had a great 3 nights visit to this beautiful Hotel and they really made my stay the best. Please keep up the great work and continue being the best that you are.

Great service provision
I would like to thank Crystal Hendricks my consultant and Jehanri Janse van Vuuren for an excellent service delivery. The service was excellent and I was happy with the fact that when I needed clarity on something, I was assisted spontaneously. I have already referred people to Crystal who are potential clients and that on its own shows how happy I am with the service.
