TRACKER IS DISHONEST! TRACKER HAS NOT REFUNDED ME!
Tracker debited my account for more than a year without providing the service of tracking my car. In Sep 2024, I discovered via the Tracker app that my car was not being tracked. I contacted Tracker about this and they confirmed that they were not tracking my car since 01 Mar 2023 despite Tracker deducting money monthly from my bank account. I have since made several phone calls to Tracker and I have sent numerous emails to Tracker to try and get my refund of R2,117.36, but Tracker has not refunded me. This is regarding reference number CLI1706889.

Service at Rain internet company is VERY TERRIBLE! Reference number 3715351.
VERY TERRIBLE service from Rain internet company! They have refused to refund me despite the fact that the internet was not working and I called Rain internet customer care the next day after the Rain 5g device and sim were delivered. I complained about this to get a refund, but they never refunded me! It has been 2 months now (since July 2022) and I have been making several phone calls to Rain internet customer care but still no refund! The reference number for this incident is 3715351. The service at Rain internet company is VERY TERRIBLE!
