I placed an order on 22 October 2025. It is now 3 December 2025 and the order still hasn't been shipped. I keep on receiving the same feedback from their support desk stating that there has been a delay and they are working hard to get orders out.
I requested a change in my policy with them. It was swiftly addressed by Christelle who was very professional, understanding and friendly.
I placed an order on 13 August 2023. It is now 26 September and I haven't received my order nor any responses to my emails.
I placed an order online on 26 January 2022. When I checked the status of the order on 29 January 2022, it still indicated "awaiting courier pick-up". I emailed the support desk and received a response on 31 January 2022 stating that they do not use Pargo delivery services anymore and that I should respond with an alternative delivery address. I think its totally unacceptable that I had to follow-up with WW before they informed me of this. The expected delivery date is now 3 February 2022 - more than a week later.
The staff were friendly and professional. They went out of their way to get us loaded in time and arrived on time to offload. We were kept informed all the way. We will definitely use EEZIMOVE again in future.
