I recently experienced a very bad service from FNB. I have a business with them since 2019. then this year due to the current economic situation. My account had funds at the beginning of the year, however for Jan and Feb there were no incoming funds, except for the small deposits that i made to keep the account active, obviously during this period my account was overdrawn. On the I did not have receive payments until the 27 March 2024 and i did transact. suddenly my account has been closed , I phoned FNB business department and i was told that my account was closed on the 26 March, I explained to them that it can't be as i was transacting after the 27 March, a query was lodged and i was advised to go to the branch with some documents to reactivate the account , I went on Monday , and the consultant could not assist me as the department He wanted to confirm with was closed and i must come back tomorrow, Yesterday (09 April 2024)I went to branch and this time there was a note that was loaded on the 09 Apr 2024 that my account its closed and handed over for R175.87 to Ros Attorneys, I then phone the customer care again and i was told that my account was closed due to non-activity during Feb and March, The question is why was I able to transact from the 27 March 2024? It seems like FNB its applying double standards as they are companies that their accounts have been inactive since October and their accounts are overdrawn yet those accounts are still functioning. Is it because some of us are just easy targets as they want to give their friends (Ros ) business at all costs, or it is just pure incompetence from some of their consultant who don't bother to do their job? Rules or policies should be app**** equally regardless or your race and social standing..
Vodacom is robbing us, every time I load airtime, my airtime goes missing. They is **** from fitness club that takes my airtime all the time. I have blocked and unsubscribed from all this unauthorised service providers, every time I block this things, they resurface after two days. And I can't even reach their customer service
The authentication process of FNB at their customer service is frustrating and bad.i have a cellphone which takes two sim cards. FNB gave me a SIM card recently which I am using on my handset. So now when I phone their customer care, and they send the verification sms on my phone it's not coming through and I am being told that I must phone from a different phono or landline.. Surely FNB can use other options to authenticate their clients, now I am borrow phones or drive to the branch. Really this is absolutely pathetic from a bank that pride..
There seems to be some extremely wrong with Valpre products, two weeks ago the water that I bought was very blue and when I Shaked it, they was a foam in the water and I threw it away, today I bought sparkling Valpre water and when I opened it the lid was loose, and I did not drink it , I have decided to keep the water incase they want it back.
