A shockingly bad experience! I have huge regrets! Endless problems with the vehicle, which is now valued at one third what I paid for it 3 years ago. The salespeople did not disclose very important information to me, which I had a right to know, as it would have alerted me to the fact that it was actually worth nearly R100 000 less than the sales price. They also made promises that they did not keep. I feel very bitter and unfairly treated.
Thank Absa for sorting out my fraudulent debit orders. I appreciate your help.
Dishonest dealership that will say anything to get you to buy a car. You pay a premium price for a total lemon! I thought I was buying a one year old car, (mid-2019 model) but I have recently discovered that it is actually 2.5 years old (January 2018) model put together with 2017 parts. It is therefor worth substantially less than what they portrayed it to be. This is blatant misrepresentation/fraud and I am taking it further through Miosa, the NCC and the legal system. There is also absoltutely no service history of the first eighteen months of the cars life, so I have no idea if it was in an accident or who was driving it for the first eighteen months. If you have had a bad experience with these people, you can get my contact details from Hello Peter and join me in stopping these guys from ripping off the public.
Quick, efficient, neat service. Good value and they even came to my home to do the work, so it was super convenient.
Excellent service always. I have been buying tiles from Vincent and his team for since the 90’s. So efficient and great prices.
The worst service a bank can give! I banked with Absa for over 3 decades and despite keeping numerous flush accounts, their attitude to me was appalling. The only members of staff with any pride in their jobs and interest in providing service, are the little guys at the bottom. Management treat you with total disdain, they are rude and patronizing, if they even bother to respond to you at all. My branch manager never responded to any of my messages over months and the regional manager behaved as though I was just an annoying disruption he had to brush away, he was so rude and condescending. Maybe someone should remind them what customer service is. I have moved to Nedbank now where the service is amazing. It’s like night and day the difference, I just wish I had done it decades ago.
Why is it so hard to get spares for Bennett Read? I have a wet and dry vacuum cleaner and I need the circuar black sponge, but I either have to drive all the way to their factory in Airport Industria or pay twice the cost of the spare part for a courier. Why is there no spares supplier like Game or Makro or Claremont Home Appliances???
These guys are hustlers, fraudsters and cheats. There is nothing they wont lie about to get your money. They sell you a lemon disguised as a luxury vehicle. After you have paid top dollar you will discover that you were cheated and robbed. They need to be stopped from their deplorable, unethical and criminal behaviour. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THESE FRAUDSTERS, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I will ask Hello Peter to forward your messages to me. I would like to take them on as a group. LOUIS, MOHAMMED, HEIN, G., WILLIAM, JAN C, ROLAND G etc I read all your reviews and we are all in the same boat.
There are many reviews on various sites, which I wish I had read beforehand, and most of them say the same things about Bella Donna Rondebosch: They give you a price for a treatment and once its done, they add on a bunch of other charges! I witnessed this happening to another client and then it happened to me. Online reviews indicate that it happens all the time. If you argue, you are intimidated by staff into paying whatever they decide to charge you. It seems that in South Africa, you can get away with doing this. They overbook and when I was there, there was one stylist and three clients. A 90 minute treatment therefore took three hours. I doubt that they are doing treatments correctly. My treatment was pure hell. It was intensely painful and my hair was pulled out constantly. The heating tool was apparently at 230 degrees according to the stylist, which scared me and there was a lot of smoke. When it was close to my scalp it was burning me. Two days later, I am still in pain and have been taking painkillers to cope. They pulled out and broke a lot of my hair and then said its my fault for not letting them trim my hair. I will start to read reviews before I visit businesses. If I had, I could have avoided this nightmare experience.
Disgusting!!!! If there were a zero star rating they would get even less than that. They treat me (a premium customer) like dirt. If this review can stop even one person from doing business with them I will save one person from the worst decision of their life. DO NOT do business with ABSA or you will have to live with huge regret!
