I bought 2 devices at pep in centurion Mall onthe 19th of December and we experienced technical issues on both of them on saturday.i made sure that I monitor both phones and they're not working properly and took them back to the store for assistance since they still under guarantee.I was assisted by the lady Marble and I left the phones with her and the manager.when I went back to the store the staff member by the name of Mpho gave me an attitude as phone's were handed over to her.foremost she treated me like someone who's mad just because I work around the mall and told me that there's nothing wrong with the phones and she's not even technician to assess the phone's.i didn't mind if phones were booked for assessment or being talked by the manger with the good manner but I had to deal with unprofessional staff member who doesn't have a good approach for customers.I left the store without phone's because I felt disrespected as a customer.
Morning!I went to the fix menlyn Park onthe second of June to pay my account using my id and the following day I was told that I didn't pay my account.i called their customer service and they advised me to go back to the store which I did.today as I'm typing this the matter is not being resolved and I'm still getting those messages and when I try to send email I keep same replying that they're still fixing the matter.im concern because this reflect bad in my credit score and everyday I'm told that they logged the complain on the date I'm making follow up.the consultant that I spoke to over the phone also said that the extra charges will be made if this matter is not resolved before the 12th.i really fail to understand that because they should look at proof of payment that I made a payment before that.please assist .On their system they say I have 2 accounts in 1 store and that is also wrong.
I bought a t-shirt on the 25th of November that was on the normal price and chose the item from the floor with a different size that was not displayed on the floor, okay I went back to the store 2days after I realised that it was having stains at the back,a white t-shirt with stains like I can't buy something and washing it not knowing if the stains will go away Or not.when I got there I found a guy who helped me with the Ibt from another store and he said it's going to take a week.i never received any calls from the store to update me instead I went to them and their manager gave me attitude and telling me about the no refund which i didn't say I want.i was willing to swap with something that they have instead the manager told me that it's not their fault that the Ibt is not done yet after 8days of no feedback from them.like he even stopped me from talking by telling me that I should wait for him to finish up assisting another customer as if I found them talking while the other customer found me there.like I'm really hurt to see a Guy with so much ego to customers.The Lady who assisted me in the first place she was a darling but the end is not nice.
I went to the Fix mams mall today and the level of service it was very poor and hurting, the lady by the name of Agnes which I believe she's a superior inthe store was very rude. I went to the store before today because I had a laybye, I wanted to cancel it then she told me to provide the slip then I went back to my place since I felt like I'm making her life difficult to process everything with ID instead of the laybye slip. It took me 2 months to look for the slip and still I couldn't find it since I relocated from my previous place to another. I then received sms to inform me that laybye has expired, I went to the store today to get something with the laybye deposit that remains after their 10%penalty fee which I understand, then the cashier who was willing to assist me after I explained to her that I lost the slip, but I have sms with ref and also want to use the money to purchase a top for my Lil sister. Agnes middle in our conversation with an attitude and asked me if the sms I received is the slip for laybye can she be able to print it out. I then told her to stop disturbing me with the cashier since it was not the first time treated me like that. Today it was worse because everyone was staring at me embarrassing in front of everyone and even told the lady who was assisting to not ask for authorize from her since I fight her. The cashier she couldn't say anything back because Agnes she's rude to her staff members and customers. She really needs training to deal with customers and staff. She's was very unprofessional to act like that and I even left the shop because she told me that she won't help me instead she will assist customers behind me. Agnes at The Fix mams mall
