Sassy Style are the worst, delayed orders to a month for delivery, no email correspondence, unanswered telephone calls and when delivery finally arrives its the wrong order.
Terrible service provided from French Tech Auto, your listed worshops you provided to me. When I enrolled you told me I could use a registered workshop of my own choice provided they are RMI approved, when I did you rejected me and referred me to your preferred workshops on your database. For the reasons in the workshop mentioned, I have initiated a termination of warantee.
I submitted my vehicle to French Tech Auto, which is an authorised Dotsure workshop, for timing chain repairs. The vehicle was with them for almost 3 weeks before they even provided a quote, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I distinctly explained my warranty plan and additional costs and an agreement was made before I departed the worskshop. I had other options. As soon as the claim was approved by Dotsure the workshop called to ask me about other vehicle issues they failed to diagnose when forwarding the first quote, those issues never existed when I left the vehicle. Anyway after After the insurer approved the repair as per the initial quote , I was then told I need to pay an additional R5,500, despite the fact that the original quotation had already been approved and settled by Dotsure. This feels unfair and not transparent, as I was never told about extra costs upfront. I expect workshops to provide accurate and transparent quotations the first time around, so customers know exactly what to expect. This after-the-fact change has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

Order #185838724 I requested the return and delivery address be amended it's now more than a week, nothing. I emailed and even submitted 7 times, no response. I can't even action anything on the page. You are *********** and unresponsive. Would never recommend.
Terrible my initial consult was to schedule a root canal as my previous dentist made an error in positioning the filing too deep so i booked and visited was then place on antiobiotics which i reacted to then the day came to the the root canal the dentist was the most impatient human I have ever met in my life< I work with medical practitioners daily and this was a first in terms of patient service he was very rude and kept saying do you mouth like this oh you not oh this oh that i was so afraid i ended up removing a tooth which didnt need to be removed and when that tooth was extracted he hit it as if he was hammering a rock unsympathetic< i will never refer any of my patients here and this practice does not even deserve one star i"m sure dental customer service in a public healthcare facility beats this practice
Absa Insurance through Innovation Group Scratch and dent I had S&D previously and fulfilled the term, claims process was smooth and Innovation Group were responsive hence the reason I decided to continue with them Unfortunately this year 01 July 2025 I submitted a claim to d&sclaims@innovation.group as per usual I clearly understand what documents are required as I am an existing client. To date no response from claims. I sent over 10 emails, 0 response. I tried calling they say documents are received but 0 response, I emailed Mpho from customer service who signed me up, no response, it's been over 15 days with 0 acknowledgment. All this from the same group when I took out another cover with them when my previous cover expired, I was happy too, only to find out they did not activate my policy fortunately they waived the 3 month premium as it was a fault on their side and allowed me to proceed. However no one is responsive when I submit a claim. I will likely be terminating.
