1 star is way too generous. I went online, I have called twice. I spoke to an agent who tried to put me through to the "right" person to assist me then eventually told me she will get someone to call me back 4 days ago. I need to cancel my contract that ended in May 2021 but they still deducting with an even bigger amount. I did not sign another contract. Getting hold of an agent that can assist is impossible. Extremely bad service.
Their service is very efficient. I wish all courier companies can learn from you guys. Well done on excellent service always.
I'm very dissatisfied with Ram. I never had a problem with them delivering my goods before. In fact they delivered to my address twice in last week. This time round they sent me an email on thd 3rd saying my parcel is out for delivery. On their tracking device they say they attempted to call me and my address was incorrect. Which is blatant lie. 3 days later I called to enquire about my parcel the agent confirmed my address and cell and told me there us a backlog is will be delivered today. Later the driver calls me to say that my address is not on GOS which I am aware of do I explained and gave him directions like I do with any courier company who struggles to find my place. The driver then told me "If I'm at home" to which I replied yes. He then said see you shortly. Now I get another email from Ram saying they again attempted to call me my address is incorrect. Their service is very bad. I can't sit here at home waiting all day for my parcel. I confirmed with the company I bought my product from and they said it was dispatched on the 3rd already. I called Ram again no answer. I emailed them back for the branch manager to call me.
I have done the course. I have messaged and emailed them to months ago about the jobs they advertised is guaranteed. Still no answer. False advertising.
More than 2 and a half years ago they came to fix a burst pipe on my premises. With that they uplifted my brick paving and just left it without putting it back. With numerous calls logged with the call centre, it was promised on every occasion that they would indeed send someone out to fix the paving. As I have mentioned more than 2 years later, I had paid a company to lay my bricks. All I can say is me and my family can't wait for the elections.
