I had my nails done previously with their product. I was impressed with the base. Very friendly helpful lady in the Kempton Park retail store
On 29th Nov I received a mail stating I missed the delivery. I was in my house at 19:15 when the messaged arrived with the missed delivery The next day I called the call centre. I was told they will reschedule. I still didn't receive any communication. I sent an email. I didn't receive a response. On Monday I called again and I was told it will be resent. Last night I got an invoice for a refund which does not reflect in my account. I can't order the items as some are no longer on special. I didnt ask for a refund. I called the call centre 3 times today. Eventually spoke to a so-called manager that was supposed to escalate the refund. She has not emailed nor returned me my call. I have emailed makrocare and info I have even called Head office but cant seem to get a satisfactory response Spoke to the following people: ref 3593083 Asanda Tebogo Thando Nomathemba Ngema Busi Radebe Sthembile Kheswa
I have a 2 contacts with Telkom which was debited on my husbands account. He changed his bank and requested them to change it on their side but they refused. Now a missed debit order went off on the 25th and we are told we still need to pay the account and the debit order. Even though I did mention that he doesn't have an income during lockdown however we will try to get the money and make a deposit before the end of today. I find this appalling behavior not to mention the smug attitude of the agent who could not tell me when the contracts will end and refused to send me an email at a later stage when his system was back online. Instead he wants me to call back after this was my 2nd call to telkom holding on for 20mins at a time. Absolutely pathetic
I have had my Identity account for about 10 years. Last Thursday I had about 10 calls on my phone from 031 numbers. Eventually when I answered on Friday I was told she is calling from Identity. Needs to confirm my ID number. I told her I wont do that if theres a problem I will go to the store. They kept calling from the 031 number until Friday evening. When I answered again. I told the guy I dont know why they are calling as they have never called me in the last 10 years and I dont owe them any money. I checked my online statement it said R120 due by end October so I paid it as I could not understand how I owed them my balance was about R200. They guy very cheekily tells me thats not true. So I went to the store on Saturday by this time 5 missed calls. The manager tells me I owe the R20. I am completely confused about the manner in which they handle customers. Could the person not have told me when I paid last month its not enough? Couldn't identity send me an sms and tell me to go to the store instead they apparently hand me over to debt collectors to harass me for R20? This is just shocking
Last Friday Pick n Pay had a huge one day special. I still needed a few things for month end shopping I decided to go to the Pick and Pay in Woodmead. The biggest one in the area I was in. I got to the store after at 2pm. I was looking for the milk special. 2 packs of Dew fresh 1l for R124. I went to the milk Isle saw the pick n pay brand with the same price. I looked for Full cream couldn't find a box. When I asked a man whom I didn't know was a manager at the time. He stated they ordered the day before and all was sold out. So I asked about the brand that was actually on special and he said theres nothing. There was Dew fresh at the front of the store with no full cream either. So when I was done I went to the help desk to ask for a rain check as I couldn't fathom how a they can run a special with no stock. they refused to give me a rain check. Instead they called the manager to give me a lecture on marketing and its not his fault that there wasn't enough stock. But they didnt even have stock to start with
I was sent a parcel with tracking number RC ********** 04ZA. When I was checking the tracking it was in transit from PE from the 10th of August. When I called PE where it was sent from they directed me to the central office and gave me a number. I called the number the guy tells me that it was sent to Johannesburg Witpos it is probably already there but the box hasn't been opened. So I really need this document by today, I asked if I could go there and they could look for it. He could not tell me what to do except to wait for maybe 2 months. He gave me the number of a person at Witpos I called from 15:30 until 16:00 no answer. This letter was registered so it could be tracked until it got to me within a required space of time. What do I do now? Please dont use the post office
They are debiting my bank account without my authorization for amounts less than R100 so i don't get an sms
