Good day. Let me take this opportunity to thank Maria Motloung for he responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. In 2022 my son moved from Rosebank in Pretoria to Braamfontein. It was a very frustrating exercise to transfer him. After so many calls, messages, and reviews I wrote on Hellopeter, everything was not working. At last, Maria came to our rescue. Her patience, hard work and willingness to resolve our issue came to fruition. I would thank Maria because all issues were resolved and my son graduated without a problem. I want to say to Maria Motloung, May God Almighty shower you with more blessings. Institutions like Rosebank need people like you all the time. Continue doing the great work.

Bad bad very bad service
It is the second week now without my package. They sent a message to say they deliver my package. Later they sent a message to say bad address. When contact, they say my address is in Orange farm. Which is not what I wrote when I order. I phone to correct the address but still my package is not delivered. I phoned them several times and they always say tomorrow. Pathetic service. I don't know where this company comes from.

Bad, bad, bad service
I am disappointed in Rosebank college. My son is transferred from Pretoria campus to Braamfontein campus. But up to now he don't have a profile at the college and no one want to take responsibility. He was on 11th floor on several occasion but his issues were not resolved up to now. He is being given wrong time table. Now the semester is close to an end and he did not submit any assignments or written test meaning he won't be be able to qualify to write assignments. No one knows how to resolve this issues.

Poor service, lies, unreliable, unprofessionalism and all other bad things at Rosebank College
Rosebank College is not what I thought it is. They told us lies. They can't even do a simple transfer from one of their to another. Since 10 February 2022 struggling to transfer my son from Pta campus to Braamfontein campus. After they succeeded last week but they failed to load his modules. No communication from their, Pta campus telephones can't go through. They always lie to say the problem will be sorted soon. Poor management from the head of the college. When you ask they fail to give convincing answers. My son's account is still locked. Useless institution. I think this must be reported to Department of Higher education. It too much now. Nonsense

Disappointing Service at Rosebank College
I am so disappointed in Rosebank College. Their customer service is so poor that they can not even process a transfer of students from one campus to another. My son requested a transfer from Sunnyside to the Braamfontein campus on 10 February 2022 to date the transfer has not been done. The unprofessionalism of their administrators is worse. They do not know their job they keep on making mistakes on one thing. My son still cannot log on to their student portal due to the failure to transfer him and register him. It is pathetic ad disappointing to deal with an institution that you trusted before. Now Rosebank is in shambles. I do not know if is because of the top management or failure of implementing the new system. Their staff is worse. Is as if they are not working in the same company. They always give wrong and different information
