Very disappointed with the service very over priced they do not allow refunds even if you want to do it the next day definitely not advisable to buy from them purchased a watch for R150 i called the same day to tell them i want a refund as this is not fitting the person I purchased it for but instead the manager was rude abrupt and never gave me a chance to speak

Terrible management
Checksave Bayview terrible management on two occasions store was really busy and only one till open manager sits in his office does his own thing if not on his mobile so many tills and all closes one till for everyone when I questioned him he had many excuses very arrogant

Exceptional and Excellent customer service by the Area manager @ the Crazy store
Thank you for your response and service the manager contacted me and she has got a hold of the product for me she is really helpful. I would like to thank you and your area manager for excellent customer service. Crazy store has gone out of their way to ensure good customer service regardless of what the item was "WOW" 10 OUT OF 10 for service this makes a customer happy, welcomed and wanting to go shop at Crazy store more often. š
