This company put me under debt review without me signing any agreement with them, after that they demanded that I pay them R15000 for their services. Be warned and not be victims.

I ordered two carpets from the Takealot app and I believe it was because of the system error that they chose to deliver my goods to a Cape Town address, In my profile, I have a number of orders to my East London address or collection from Berea Pickup point in East London and that shows that I would never chose Cape Town and I have been using the app for years now. I have phoned Takelot and requested that they cancel this order as I am unable to cancel it or change delivery options on the app. I have sent them emails, I have complained in the app, I have done everything but I have not been helped. This order has been showing"ready" on the app but I cant do anything. I want to believe that they have scammed me. All I want now is my money, I think it will take some time for me to buy from takealot again. This has been going on from the 26th April, with no help.
My student number is 48267910. I completed my degree in March 2021, I was asked a few documents for auditing and the last one I submitted around June 2021. I am based in East London and have been to the office for more than 10 times with no clear explanation. I have been calling and sending emails to the university but there is no response. I have asked them for a completion certificate or my qualification but there is no response. The last email I received in October said my case is being handled by Graduations. I am frustrated because I applied for postgraduate and I also need my certificate. It's close to a year now of waiting. I saw a virtual graduation now in November but my name was not there. I wish someone could help me.
I stayed at Oddysey apartments in Sandton and they requested a deposit of R1000 on arrival which I paid using my card. On departure they refused to pay back my money, until today. When I call or whatsapp them, they promise to pay on the next day but I've been waiting for more than a week now.
