I bought a stove from take a lot and i requested the return same day after delivery be cause the product was damaged. till today they have not collected the stove they kept on cancelling my request for return and no driver came to collect and i kept calling and sending emails for return collection.
I would like to appreciate Mhlonishwa Khanyile for excellent customer service. i bought prepaid electricity on the ATM on Monday but i didn't get the token numbers. i called again today and Mhlonishwa was there to assist me and mange to get the token numbers and i was able to load electricity. thank you.
i was assisted by mhlonishwa khanyile, i bought electricity prepaid and it did not go through and i called but i was not helped accordingly. i called i gain today he helped me but i was still at work and He called me back and He assisted me accordingly. thank you to Him i am not in the dark.

I logged a dispute a credit subscription with 4 Credit bureaus in SA. 3 Credit Bureau has resolved the case and i also received an email stating that the case was closed with ABSA but with the last case one person at ABSA is refusing to close the case.
