INFERIOR QUALITY WITH NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Eventually received my refund for only 3 items, will all the calls and fuss at least received most of my money. BUT still outstanding R575 opprox, wonder when I will get the balance. PLEASE Makro sort me out. Online Makro is the worst service when one needs to refund an item. Now I have to wait, no idea how long. Let's see
SUCH DESPICABLE ********* SERVICE, BEEN TRYING FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET MY REFUND WITH OVER R600 WORTH OF CALLS, YET NOTHING, ALWAYS THEY WILL ESCALATE IT, BUT NITHIBG IS DONE, I AM EXTREMELY EXHAUSTED FIGHTING WITH *********** PEOPLE. SHOCKING THING IS THAT NO MANAGEMENT HAS CALL ME TO RESOLVE SUCH A SIMPLE ISSUE YET IS SOUNDS TO THEM SUCH A COMPLICATED ISSUE. ONE PUSSED OUT CUSTOMER

Worst possible business to buy anything nonine especially when one needs to return it. It took 3 weeks to have item picked up and now I have to convince them to refund me with over 24 calls made. Every time one calls the head office, you have to explain the whole story which take 10 minutes of your time and money and when you ask them to call you back after they do a. Follow up, either they don't call or the call and do like they don't hear you and as a result the cut the call. I been begging for my refund for 2.months and every time I want to speak to someone in charge, there is none avaliable. I will never ever as long as I live buy online Makro. People must boycott buying online from companies like this. As consumer these companies are not held accountable for their poor don't care attitude towards consumers.
Budget insurance needs more people like Nathan Chetty in its organization to keep its standard above the competition if it doesn't it will fall to the ground. People either make or break an organization from the inside. THANK you for your excellent attentive clear service regarding my policy.
The worst service ever with Netstar, I had 2 cars on netstar and sold both cars and called the HOTLINE number on numerous occasions and even sent emails to stop my debit and add the new owner for the debit order, yet it was kit done. The car that was suppose to be on was on on the app and if one goes to the app, the car doesn't reflect. So I got frustrated, told them to cancel all cars on the system. Now they send me a bill for R5000. What ******, yet you call, there is no response to legal department, they say, they Woll call you back. I will never refer this king of poor and frustration service to anyone.
It's ridiculous and day light ******* that Absa charges for bank fees, irrespective whether it's widrawal, transfer or normal day to day banking. I was told that if one changes from saving to Cheque account the fees are minimum, nonsense I paid R866 bank charges that's the reason I wasn't using my account and the reason why I closed my account Next all my freind starting with wife and daughter to close their account next. Absa think money is falling from the sky to just take out absurb amount off money from. People account with their permission. I advise everyone out there to switch from. Absa to any other bank, I am switching to capitec. One never waits for service when one goes to bank, absa Richard's bay service sucks, it's ridiculous how relax and on a go slow they are. They think people have the whole day to sit in queue for a inquiry. Goodbye absa
