Sorry I can't really rate 1life if I was stupid enough to be ****med. I did not do my homework and lost R4000.00 from people posing as agents. Iam ruined and have nothing I can do to fix this. Please be careful people

They then came back to me to claim i have to now pay in another R1700.00 and it comes from another department. I did asked them why is it not made clear so that the client can make an informed decision if they can apply for the loan. Now i did not budget for the extra costs involve and cant get the first deposit back.</div>

This company keeps on taking their instalments at the wrong date causing me to sit with problems and i know for a fact that when i took out this contract i said the last day of the month or on the 1 day of the month. I needed to make a payment on something very urgent and now i cant make the full payment. They deduction is illigal. They very unprofessional

I have been on conteact with big world mobile. In January i did report already to them that my house was broken into. I have case number and gave it through so that the phone can be blocked. I am still on contract and insured. I have send numerous emails already. They only blocked the phone in February. Now when i ask when they replacing the device the only ignore my emails.
I took my pet in yesterday and the claim was approved they really deliver best service
