I am so furious with Homechoice. About every week somebody call me from Homechoice asking for a person 'Kama or something ells not sure about the surname' With each call they just greet and then all of a sudden start talking in Sotho or Xhosa I don't really know the language. Each time I tell them that I am NOT the person you are looking for. And each time I request them to remove my cell number off their system, they then promise to do it. Guess what a few days later they phone me again same story over and over. How can i request them to delete MY cell number on their system? I have had it now this has been going on for months. Why can't they just delete my number why do I have to beg them each time telling they do i sound like a Sotho person they tell me no then I ask well do you think my Surname is the person you called. They say no then I ask PLEASE delete my number on your system. It just happen now again this morning.
I phoned on 19 Dec 2024 to make an appointment for an immune booster. The lady said that i should visit the office on 20th Dec 2024 between 09h00 and 13h00. Upon arrival today on 20th Dec 2024, at the shop it was closed and they don't even answer any phone calls. I asked around at the business next door which told me that they are hardly ever at the offices and everyone is complaining about their service. I Tried again to call them but no answer. I send a message but is was not delivered which means their phones are switched off. Why did they tell me to come in today 20th Dec 2024 if they are not in the offices. I have upgraded my phone on 12 Aug 2021. I was sent the wrong phone on the 17th Aug 2021. I phoned on the 18th Aug 2021 to cancel the upgrade due to wrong phone that was sent to me. It took Vodacom more than a month to pick the phone up at my house. I phoned Vodacom every week asking when will the pick up the phone. Finally on the 30th Sept 2021 it was picked up at my house. Then my battle started to cancel the upgrade!!!! I phone again about weekly to cancel the upgrade but until now the upgrade has still not been reversed. Why does it take 3 months to sort out the problem. Today I phone again and the upgrade has still not been reversed. Given whom I spoke to today said he will follow it up and get back to me. All the other staff also said the same but NEVER phoned me back. I want to know does everyone battle for 3 months to upgrade their phones???? The staff is incompetent as all cant cancel the previous upgrade. With my previous review on hello Peter vodacom said they will get in contact with me but guess what nobody even called me. The service of Vodacom is not to be recommended to anyone.
Vodacom het my geskakel om my selfoon te opgradeer. Ek sê dat ek sal opgradeer alleenlik as dit n telefoon is waar ek 2 simkaarte kan insit dan alleen sal ek opgradeer. Die dame Simone sê dat dit wel so n foon is. Ek sê goed dan sal ek opgradeer. Nodeloos om te sê ek ontvang die foon op 18 Aug 2021 nadat al my inligting op die foon oorgeplaas is en ek die 2 simkaarte wil in sit sien ek dat daar net plek is vir 1 simkaart. 😡 Die 19de Aug 2021 skakel ek Vodacom om opgradering te kanselleer omdat ek nie tevrede is met die foon en dat dit nie was waarop ons ooreengekom het nie. Hul se dat die foon sal inne 7 tot 14 dae opgetel word by my. 3 weke later skakel ek Vodacom om te hoor, wanneer word die foon by my opgetel. Dit is nou al meer as n maand later en daaglikse oproepe om die selfoon te kom afhaal by my en my opgradering te kanselleer. Elke dag praat ek met n verskillende persoon en elkeen bevestig dat die foon sal afgehaal word. Intussen bel ek en vra vir my opgradering om gekanselleer te word maar word net gese hul kan nie voordat hul nie die foon terug het in hul besit. Ek het aangebied om die foon by hul kantore te gaan ingee waarop gese is ek kan dit nie doen omdat ek die foon vanaf Elite Mobile ontvang het. 7 Sep 2021 (praat met Brain) skakel ek en vra wanneer word die foon opgelaai bevestig dat RAM dit moet kom oplaai hul sal epos stuur dat dit opgelaai moet word. Weereens waarom is dit nie gedoen die 1ste dag waarop ek geskakel het om die iopgradering te stop. 15 Sep 2021(praat met Selbi) skakel ek en vra wanneer word die foon opgelaai weer bevestig hul dat hul sal opdrag gee om foon te kom afhaal. 21 Sep 2021 (praat met Bongani) skakel ek weer, nogsteeds dieselfde antwoord opdrag sal gestuur word om foon te kom afhaal. Maandag 27 Sep 2021 word gebel en gese hul kom die foon oplaai by my huis. Dinsdag 28 Sep 2021 bel ek en vra wanneer kom hul die foon oplaai dit is nogsteeds by my. Woensdag 29 Sep 2021 (praat met Nthabileng) word weer bevestig hul kom die foon oplaai. Wel nogsteeds geen foon opgelaai by my nie. Van al die personeel by Vodacom het ek GEEN resultaat ontvang nie. Soveel verskeie name met wie ek gepraat het en niemand het dit reggekry om die foon te laat oplaai by my huis. Datums en ander personeel waarmee ek kort kort geskakel is, is nie eers hier genoem nie, want ek is so ongelukkig met Vodacom se diens!!!!!
