As a business reliant on uninterrupted internet, it hits us hard if the service is down. In our case since Monday. We have now made more than 8 calls to a highly inefficient call centre, with a waiting time of at least 20 minutes, if you have not been disconnected. Promises of escalating complaints are made, and that a technician will be in contact to arrage for a site visit in order to address the issue. No understanding of the implications for our business and no urgency to fix the issue! Yet they claim to be SA’s leading vibre provider?! Never with this disregard for clients.
Extremely professional service from Paul COLLIS and his team. Absolute pleasure to work with them, willing to share their ideas and proposals and reasonable pricing. Very clear that they are passionate about trees! I will certainly use them again and can highly recommend them.
We recently bought a house, the kitchen which is fully equipped with Miele products. Unfortunately the after sales service of this company does not match the quality of their products. It has taken us 3 months just to get the equipment serviced, and the microwave has still not been fixed! No proper call centre or customer service, instead one is left to correspond by mail. The Cape Town team is even worse, where one is directed after booking service through Joburg. They simply refuse to return calls! One should rather stick to local brands with tried and tested service back up.
I am afraid I have had the same poor and unacceptable lack of service and communication experience as most reviews on this company refer to. It has taken me the better part of 3 days and endless e mails, whatsapp messages and lots of money to change a booking, and they still got it wrong! It is very frustrating if a company refuses to talk to its clients and to provide them with acceptable levels of service. One would have expected a special effort in this Covid recovery phase that we find ourselves in. There is clearly a huge shortcoming in their business model, care for their clients! I will never use them again and will suggest people steer clear of Travelstart.
