i bought my car(used) in July 2023 at BMW pinetown my sales person was Basil. Now i need to take my car for service in richard’s bay as it is the nearest branch. at richards bay i was told that they must release the ownership so they can be able to assist me. several calls were made begging them(pinetown) to do it it’s almost 2 weeks now. Basil says he doesn’t work there anymore, the lady Glenda that was supposed to assist me is not helping including her manager. i’m about to pay R3000 again for something that they were supposed to do long time ago. at some point i was told the couldn’t capture my details on their system only to find out that they typed my iD number wrong from the first place
i’ve been with vodacom fibre since much 2022, i lost connection on 7/11/22 i’ve calling them everyday to come and check where the problem is. 3weeks later i haven’t been assisted yet they going to deduct again on the 15th
