Joburg Canopy Fitment Centre Newlands, does not give any terms and conditions or offer a guarantee on their service. They install defective third party parts and refuse to refund for these defective parts. This Fitment Centre does not explain payment terms until issuing a receipt. A 2% bank handling fee is charged by them for paying with a credit card which is the first time I have ever seen this. I am still waiting for the owner to contact me. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!
I gave Nobuhle Goba from Vodacom Customer service a good review after receiving a confirming telephonic call and an email stating that both my husband and my contracts were the agreed amount and a day later we received the contracts with a higher amount. I spoke to S****ha Pillay and reported this fraudulent deal last week Wednesday 13/10/21 and have not heard from her not Vodacom again.
Nobuhle resolved our dissatisfaction in minimum time for the telephonic upgrade offered to both my husband and myself. The upgrade was overcharged and not per our agreed monthly amount. Thank you Nobuhle you deserve a LARGE reward!!
