I had my engine replaced at Koops in April 2025. At first I was impressed as the job was done quickly and at a good price, but in just six months my vehicle's performance declined dramatically and I was losing at least 500ml of Diesel even if I just made a quick trip to town. Puddles of diesel formed wherever I parked and so I decided to open up the engine and have a look for myself. The diesel injectors looks like a two year old installed them, missing seals, broken seals, double stacked seals that were forced into the injector housing. Broken O-ring seals on the air intake manifold accompanied by a level of dirt that honestly won back some respect for Ford as I could never imagine that this specific engine would still run after being put through that. I will never ever recommend anyone to send their vehicle to koops and I am appalled by the absolute poor workmanship I have seen so far. I would go as far as to say that if Koops even touched your vehicle, you should consider selling it, as I am very much considering getting rid of mine after what I saw today. I would be ashamed if I were the owner of this establishment
I recently bought a Ps5 console and remote from here and I recieved some top notch service & constant feedback. The parcel was delivered on time and with no hiccups. Even encountered a payment issue and they have no problem in assisting and giving decent feedback. Thanks Shikur and team!
Still probably the best bank in SA, even if they manage to get me angry sometimes. Vrede Branch in FS always makes a plan, and has accomodated me very well in the past. I hereby reverse my complaint previously placed as I realize it was very harsh and uncalled for.
Just took my lunch a bit earlier and went to fetch my new Credit card @ Fnb Vrede. ****ING INCOMPETENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS and so I was informed that they will not be able to help me untill after 2pm. **** THAT. I have a job and a life and if it takes 3hours to take out a simple ****ing letter with my card inside than I really dont ****in want a credit card from Fnb anyway. **** FNB AND THEIR INCOMPETENT ****IN STAFF.
Some of the weakest customer service on this planet! Such a great bussiness model/idea, but be warned incompetence runs rampant at their offices. MAMPARAS EVERYWHERE. I have had numerous disputes and some of them never resolved, others taking up to three months for a simple change of banking details. FED UP. WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT.
