Good day ….I am really disappointed with the service I have received from Exact Mamelodi Crossing ..I bought a phone for my cousin on the 26th of September 2022… and later on the phone started giving us issues … we went to the store the first time and no help was offered instead they became rude to us … well today once again we went to the store to do a follow up regarding the phone 📱 but we were not helped at all …it’s been a month going to the store and not finding a better solution…all our efforts to get a phone valued to our money are just in vain… I am not sure 🤔 of what needs to be done because my cousin needed a phone for online exams and studying and exact was the great choice but I must say now I regret my choice I should have went to a different store where I would get the service I am looking for … I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy a phone from TFG stores …. Name of the phone Hisense E60 LITE Black Telkom Network ….
I must say I regret not checking the reviews regarding an online service Mr price is offering … if I have seen earlier , I wouldn’t have wasted my hard earned money ordering anything online .. pathetic service I have received . I have order a jersey on the 15/08/2022.. I believed they will honour their 2-5 working days promise to delivery my item..Today is the 25th of August 2022 and I am yet to receive my item which o have already paid for fully… mind you… the due date for delivery was the 22/08/2022 No sort of communication regarding the matter , The store as well can’t even help …. I am really disappointed ☹️… I will never order online again nor advice anyone to make an order … At this point .. I am disgusted that I want a refund …

Good day people… on Wednesday the past week I bought a pack of Fish 🐠 which was R59,99 at Roots Butchery in Groblersdal Mall in Limpopo.. well there I was happy that I will enjoy my fish with family. On Thursday they did prepare the fish only to find that there is a funny smell 👃 on the taste… I thought it was me but everyone else said so. I went back to the pack to check what’s wrong only to find the back is spoiled and the fish is not in a condition to be eaten at all. I then took the fish back to the store on Friday to lay my complain regrading the kind of products I bought from them. The Manager who is white talked to me like a trash 🗑 and told me he can’t do anything the problem is my storage that’s the reason the fishes were spilt now it is my problem. I turned back home with them and threw them away … guys please roots is very bad in terms of meat 🥩 do not just buy … check well if the condition of what you are buying it is still Good… Thank you 🙏
