I app**** for my refund as early as the 29th of December and up until now, I have not received my funds and Myron is not responding on any of the emails sent, their landline is never attended to. Yho this is too much shem. Such a bad service.
Good day, im writing my review because I cancelled my ticket on the 30th of December and today it is the 13th of January and I have not received my refund money, The refund office is never available for calls they cut my calls, Myron is not responding to my emails that are requesting about the refund. Im really annoyed about the service, Citliner take care of your client services it is bad.
On the 21st of October I sent an email to Capitec requesting policy documents on behalf of my client and they requested with a case number and up until today, my client has not received his policy documents , they just responded with a case number I did a follow up email but they still chose not to respond, oh the level of ignorance from Capitec never suprises me anymore .
Good day, I am seriously not happy with the service I have been etting at old mutual its been two weeks requesting documents for my client and up until now I have not been getting them. Their complaints department is non existent because they not responding. This is really unacceptable.
The company has a stinking attitude let alone their claims department. Their consultants are plain rude. I submitted a claim from the 7th of October with their broker Emerald. Last week Tuesday I called the company which is Lion life and they said the claim has been processed. Today it's the third week on a Monday still the claim hasn't been paid. Lion life targets clients that receives sassa grants who knows nothing about receiving following up on a claim my mother ran out of airtime making numerous calls to their company. Ivani or Ilwani who was plainly rude on the call and dropped the call on my ears. I'm so irritated by this claim I told my mom to cancel this policy as I don't ever want to deal with this company ever again. Don't take policies with lion life the claim stage is a nightmare.
Their claim process is nonsense. In fact they want to make sure they irritate the hell out of you till you stop the claim. Their client services consultants have attitude. The whatsapp messages take forever for a response or they pay your claim after 6 to 7days if you are lucky. They target sassa people but their claim processes doesn't accommodate someone who is in the deep rural areas. Treating the Customer fairly doesn't apply to them and they simply don't care.
