My sister received apalling service from Nedbank in Keywest Mall today, from a consultant named Martha. She talks to clients in such a disrespectful manner... My sister was told that she had to come back to Nedbank the following day, because the person who was supposed to have been able to assist her had left... This was at 2pm in the afternoon. I have never heard of such unprofessional service where a bank turns clients away because nobody is able to assist you...
DONT buy online from OBSESSION SWEETS Cape Town. Our order got lost due to incorrect information given to the courier by the owner & they refused to refund us. They are very rude & arrogant. We contacted the Consumer Goods & Ombuds who forced them to adhere to the law and refund us.
You should have an option of minus 1 because FASTWAY IS THE WORST company to deal with. Our order has been delayed by an entire week. Fastway had one of their drivers promise us the entire day that he was on the way ...only to be told by him last minute that he gave our parcel to another driver. When we tried contacting the other driver his phone was off and the driver I was in contact with the entire day ...also switched his phone off. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS. THEY ARE THE WORSE BUNCH OF CONFUSED LIARS YOU COULD EVER DEAL WITH !!!!
