I am writing to formally complain about the repeated unsolicited calls I have been receiving from your company. I have not requested to be contacted, nor am I interested in your product or services, yet I am being spam called almost daily. This persistent contact is intrusive and unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on your company’s practices and has ensured that I will not consider supporting your business. Please treat this as a formal request to remove my number from your contact list immediately and cease all communication with me.
This company does not care about its clients. Their pool floater sank two days after purchase and burnt the lining of our pool. The faulty floater was collected and sent for “testing.” Their response was that the reported faulty floater was “disproven” (their words), essentially saying that we lodged a false claim and were lying — their floater did not sink. Despite numerous emails, HTH takes no responsibility for the chemical burn mark in our pool. Use their products at your own risk!!
Defy is no longer a product you want to buy, we are on our second fridge in less than a year and the problems persist. service is extremely poor and we are stuck!! Thanks Defy, you have lost another customer here ...
