Worst business account ever. They only process payments sometimes 2 to 3 days after swiping your card however unlike all other banks I know the money immediately comes off your available balance and if not processed will be under balance. However capitec business card without telling you it works differently to other banks do not deduct the money from your available balance all the time. So sometimes as we found out the hard way it deducts immediately other times you swipe and later check your balance and see you still have an available balance of x amount only to then want to purchase stock and then boom all of a sudden you have a waaaay lesser amount and they then just debit the transactions when they feel like it. Absolutely confusing having a balance amount which is supposed to be for transactions that haven't been processed yet but have been swiped but then also having an available balance amount which is then not correct and gets added to the non processed list anything up to 3 days later making it extremely confusing and difficult to keep track or do daily cash spend checks and admin as today's transactions only appear in min 2 days.
Haven't asked anything suspicious yet that cause red flags. Just takes extremely long to build points for cash

ould like to say a massive thank you to Impaq and especially Shirmonique Mokhatla who assisted me through the process. Due to signal problems she had to resend the Debicheck mandate 6 times before I finally got it right to approve it in order for my registration to be finalized. And even though it was not in their control that this then led to the registration only being approved 2 days after the new school year had started she made sure the books etc. where fast tracked and marked as priority to ensure that we do not get too behind with work an lessons. And not once was there even a hint of frustration or never mindedness . Thank you. Highly appreciated
Best service we have had in a very long time while visiting Beacon Bay spur at retail part East London. Friendly, efficient, helpful and just an amazing vibe all around with a good team work system. We were skeptical at first because as we entered we saw they were queuing and extremely busy but we were welcomed immediately by the floor manager who immediately stopped what she was doing to attend to us and get us a seat. Loadshedding then kicked in but still they didn't let it get them down and just chill or accept it like we have seen many do before they kept communication open and regular with all tables and still took the time to make a few jokes and engage with the customers. Everyone helped everyone and did it with a smile on the face. Kiddies area had a play canyon attendant who for the first time in a long time that I have seen actually engaged with the children and made them not want to leave the amazing dance classes and activities she occupied them with. She knew when one left the kiddies area and knew when a new one entered. Keep up the amazing work! Amazing and very rare these days unfortunately but my faith has definitely been restored in the Spur steak ranch group thanks to the beacon bay team!
A huge shout out to the East London SPCA for the amazing work and excellent service. The staff really go above and beyond, friendly, helpful and dont think twice to drop everything they doing to be of assistance whether they are 'on duty' or not. I haven't been in East london long but I have yet to see a team so dedicated and passionate.keep up the good work. And thank you for the dedication and hard work in order to make a difference.
The agent I spoke to was amazingly helpful patient and really went the extra mile in assisting me however my 1 star rating is for the underwriters that rejected my insurance due to the fact that I've never had insurance before. If this is how you work I completely understand but communicate that from the start! Our quote took almost 3 days due to my working hours / bad signal etc so the agent kept calling back without fail to carry on without once sounding annoyed or bored like 90% of the agents I spoke to previously and then finally everything was sorted I recieved my policy number did a debicheck and then they phone me saying I was declined due to not having previous insurance anywhere. This could have saved me and the agent alot of time and inconvenience if this was just communicated from the start. Now I have to start all over but everyone then first needs to investigate why I got declined and then it puts a negative impact on my quote making it higher than it was initially or the company declining me aswel because I have been declined already and that's a 'risk'
