Continuation of Previous Complaint
Without prejudice, to the point, these are some extracts of points mentioned to decline my claim and that I provided incorrect information. "On 01 March 2021, you intimated a claim under the aforementioned policy involving your BMW 2020 vehicle. During the intimation of the claim you provided a description of the incident as being that you have collided with an island and drove through a pothole resulting in the damages being claimed for. 5. During the validation of the claim we have confirmed the following: 5.1 We have confirmed through an independent expert that the damages to the vehicle is not consistent to the incident description. 5.2 We have requested your assistance to provide further information and documentation in support of the validation process and received no feedback on same. "

Unfairly Treated
I eventually sorted out payments that were mis-allocated by BMW yet the vehicle was taken away although payment was up to date. "Good morning I would like you to find the attached for your records, if you perhaps haven’t received communication. Although I have paid the account up to date with BMW Finance, it has been decided that the authorities will continue to retrieve the vehicle. I understand that you want the vehicle irrespective of any steps I have taken to ensure all matters are settled and the payment are up to date. I have been through an unfortunate and dreadful divorce and maintained my honesty and integrity so I have arranged with the collectors and vehicle will be collected as per your instructions. I have not used the vehicle since Monday and will not. Unfortunately, I do not have a good testimony of the way this was handled but will abide with your decision. Have a wonderful day."

Unfair lodgement on TPN
I would like to know why I appear as a bad payer listed on TPN by Pam Golding during early 2021. I rented a place in Richards Bay where the Owner would not repair the Jacuzzi, swimming pool, airconditioners (not working), Replaced a roof with sheeting where my Mother lived and was nearly electricuted with the whole flat was under water when it rained. I was told I can move because the Owner ran out of money and have all the correspondence. In fact one of the agents said it was unacceptable then they sent another agent. Now I appear on TPN which places me in a bad light. If Pam Golding wishes to contact me, do so or remove me and provide proof. Whatapp 0696278529

Harvest Cash Loans in Pietersburg (Polokwane)
Harvest Cash Loans, very sly and take a deposit for legal fees. You sign all the documents, I even received an sms confirming their so called payment to me but money never received it in my account. It's unacceptable the law cannot step in and stop this ******** activity, yet it carries on crippling those who are honest and require assistance. How is it possible, with all the technology, nobody can bring these people to justice? They advertise the location in Sandton but when I phoned they state that they are not in Sandton but Pietersburg. Perhaps there may be a high profile investigator that can assist because I don't believe that people can get away with this ******** activity.

Non Claim Payment
As I was previously told, the company was mandated to save a huge amount which I won't disclose but I was one of the victims. I was cut off with no excuse or alleged reason, with the results I have lost everything.
