I have asked for my account to be downgraded I was told it will take 10 to 21 working days, its been long over due and they're are still charging me, I have been banking with them for almost two decades but I guess they don't value my business Im very disappointed in FNB, they are strong arming me to keep a product I no longer want, the only other option is to switch backs, really really disappointed. Pinnacle College Founders Hill is the worst school you could ever send your child to, despite the terrible communications between parents and the school, students and the school, they change teachers like they change underwear! I have had financial problems for the past two years and in that two years I have communicated this with the school, while some how still making my monthly payments to date towards school fees. I even app**** for financial assistance with them. Almost two months ago God blessed me with a spot at a very good public school within my financial means, I have been writing emails, visiting the office asking for a transfer letter to move since then and the REFUSE to assist me, the only time I actual get communication back from them is when I go physically to see Miss Yandiswa Zwane who is also just no help. First I was told their systems are offline for about two weeks, then they just ignored me and then I was referred to someone else, it is just painfully obvious that they do not want to give me a transfer letter, even when my fees are up to date. Pinnacle College Founders Hill has a policy in their contract which most parents only learn about when they decide to leave that school, that you have to give a three months notice and pay school fees three months even after you have left, they're a private company and are entitled to their own policies, I just find it so cruel that after all my please and cry outs for help with regards to my inability to make monthly installments of the fees I am still expected to pay 3 months of school fees while paying for my kid at her new school. They could not be bothered I have asked to excused or atleat assisted from making the penalty fees and I was told no. I would not recommend this school to anyone if you're looking for a private school because you seek better education for your children, don't waste your time you can find better treatment and services at any other public school, rather drive 30mns commute than settle for that school, trust me it's not worth it! I'm writting this while at the office I have been waiting 45 minutes being ignored.
On the 14th of March 2024 I called to collapse my central retirement annuity which is less that R15000, I need the money by today so I called ahead and was told it would take 8 working days max for the money to be paid into my account, I send the necessary documents, and now when I call I'm told the query will be handled only on the 9th or 14th, I'm getting different dates all of a sudden. My daughter went to see a dentist I had to pay cash for a portion of the consultation, Bankmed is making it impossible to claim for the cash back, I have sent emails upon emails, I have even submitted the claim online, they said they want it faxed guess what , there are no more fax machines! I really don't know what else to do!
FNB Home finance approved my re advancement on the basis that I pay off my municipality bill, which they claimed they would pay on my behalf with the money from the approved loan advance, the amount was R25744, three months later the money is still not paid into my municipal account and everyone including the Team leader Thulani Mkhasibe is ignoring my emails. don't ever bank with FNB. I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE THEM!
