Rock Diamond Training Consulting
<p>Our Company paid Rock Diamond Training Consulting R8490.00 for an Excel Course that never happened. They promised to refund the money. They had cash flow issues so we agreed on a payment plan. Only R2000 was ever received, emails ignored and no further funds received. Please be aware not to give them money upfront.</p>

Discovery Insure - Very Efficient
<p>Cant Fault Discovery Insure and Nompumelelo Bandezi on handling my bumper bashing. I logged the claim online on Saturday and by 8am Monday morning she was dealing with it and sorting out the assessment. Car went in today close to my residence and professionally handled.</p>

Failure to Respond
Peoples lives and property in Danger as CSS Tactical do not respond to alarms or panic buttons. I have emailed them, called them and it's a joke. They are putting my property and family's lives in danger

Telkom line down 1 month
I have been without my Telkom landline for a month. Keep reporting it and they just don't bother coming to fix it and close the call. I have been very vocal on Twitter and I think they have a personal vendetta to never fix my line. I want a senior Telkom person on this. This is customer abuse. I had 1 call last week to ask if he can come fix it, arranged it for the next day and he never pitched up. Today case was closed as repaired. What a joke it's still down. Telkom is 3rd world supplier of inferior services
